PRIVATE TUMBLING CLASSES
Our Private Tumbling Classes are designed to provide focused, skill-specific training in a small group setting to help athletes build confidence, improve technique, and progress safely at their own pace. Each class targets a specific tumbling skill progression while emphasizing proper body positions, strength development, drills, and consistency.
Classes are led by experienced, certified coaches who prioritize athlete safety, correct technique, and confidence-building in every session. Athletes are grouped by current skill readiness to ensure proper progression and individualized attention.
Private Tumbling Classes meet once per week for one hour and are ideal for athletes looking for extra attention and accelerated skill development.
How Our Private Tumbling Classes Work
• Athletes enroll in the skill-specific class that matches their current level
• Each class is 1 hour
• Classes are grouped by skill focus for targeted training

• Coaches evaluate athletes to ensure proper placement and safe progression
PRIVATE TUMBLING CLASSES

FUNDAMENTAL TUMBLING
Length: 1 hour once per week
Ages: Ages 6+
Max Enrollments: 4
Fundamental Tumbling focuses on building the strong foundation every athlete needs for long-term tumbling success. Athletes will work on body control, coordination, flexibility, strength, rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and beginner tumbling drills while learning proper technique and confidence.
This class is perfect for athletes new to tumbling or those needing to strengthen foundational skills before advancing.

WALKOVERS
Length: 1 hour once per week
Ages: Ages 6+
Max Enrollments: 4
Walkovers is designed for athletes working on front and back walkover progressions. Athletes will focus on flexibility, body shaping, kickover strength, control, and proper technique while building consistency and confidence in their walkover skills.
This class helps athletes safely develop the flexibility and technique needed for higher-level tumbling progression.

HANDSPRINGS
Length: 1 hour once per week
Ages: Ages 6+
Max Enrollments: 4
Handsprings focuses on standing and running back handspring technique and progression. Athletes will work on power, rebound, body tension, jumping mechanics, and proper hand placement through drills, stations, and skill progressions designed to create strong, clean handsprings.
This class is ideal for athletes preparing for or perfecting back handsprings.

TUCKS
Length: 1 hour once per week
Ages: Ages 6+
Max Enrollments: 4
Tucks is designed for athletes working on back tuck progressions and advanced tumbling technique. Athletes will focus on setting, rotation, power, conditioning, and air awareness while building confidence and consistency in advanced skills.
This class helps athletes safely progress toward higher-level tumbling while improving technique and execution.
