Private lessons provide athletes with focused, one-on-one coaching to help learn new skills, build confidence, and progress faster. Whether your athlete is working toward a specific tumbling skill, stunt goal, flexibility improvement, or tryout preparation, private lessons allow coaches to give individualized attention and customized drills.

Private lessons are a great option for athletes who want extra help, faster progress, or additional training outside of class.

Semi-Private Lessons  $40 per athlete | 30 Minutes | 2 Athletes Max

Semi-Private Lessons allow athletes to train with a partner while still receiving focused coaching. This option is great for athletes who stay motivated when training with a friend and benefit from taking turns while receiving instruction and corrections.


Athletes may choose their own partner or request to be paired with another athlete of a similar skill level.  2-person maximum capacity.

INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE LESSONS $70 | 30 Minutes

Individual Private Lessons are one-on-one sessions designed to teach, improve, or perfect specific skills. Coaches tailor each lesson to the athlete’s goals while focusing on proper technique, safe progressions, and confidence-building.
