Skills Lab Program

Skills Lab classes are supplemental training sessions designed to help athletes improve specific skills through focused instruction, extra repetitions, and targeted coaching. These classes are intended to be added on to an athlete’s weekly training schedule to support faster progress and stronger technique.

Our Skills Lab offerings include strength development and technique-based training to help athletes build power, body control, and safe progressions while reinforcing proper form.


Skills Lab classes are designed to work alongside our Core Tumbling Program, giving athletes the opportunity to strengthen weak areas, build confidence, and improve consistency in a smaller, skill-specific setting.


Our Skills Lab offerings include strength development and technique-based training to help athletes build power, body control, and safe progressions while reinforcing proper form.


Please Note:

Skills Lab classes are not a replacement for Core Classes and must be scheduled in addition to a Core Class.

To ensure proper placement and scheduling, Skills Lab classes can only be scheduled through our front desk staff.


  • Strength & Conditioning + Jumps & Flexibility
