ADD ON CLASSES
SKILLS LAB CLASS
Skills Lab classes are supplemental training sessions designed to focus on specific skills, technique, and strength development. These classes are an additional class added onto an athlete’s Core Class, which must be scheduled first. Skills Labs allow athletes to get extra repetitions, targeted coaching, and focused instruction in specific areas to support their overall development.
Our Power Lab offerings include Strength & Conditioning paired with skill-specific training, allowing athletes to build power, control, and confidence while reinforcing proper technique and safe progressions.
Please Note: Skills Labs are not a replacement for Core Classes and must be scheduled in addition to a Core Class. To ensure proper placement and scheduling, Skills Lab classes can only be scheduled with front desk staff.
Strength & Conditioning + Jumps & Flexibility

This class is designed to help athletes build the strength, power, and control needed to perform at their best. Athletes will focus on full-body conditioning, core strength, endurance, and injury prevention, while also working on jump technique, height, and sharp motions. Flexibility training is incorporated in each class to improve range of motion, body positions, and overall performance. This class is perfect for athletes looking to increase power, clean execution, and confidence in their skills.

This class focuses on building the strength, stability, and body control needed for safe and successful stunting. Athletes will work on full-body conditioning, core strength, balance, and endurance, paired with stunt-specific drills to improve positions, grips, and timing. Flexibility training is included in each class to enhance range of motion, body lines, and overall performance. This class is ideal for athletes looking to improve stunt technique, increase strength, and build confidence while reducing the risk of injury.

Get ready for tryouts with focused training designed to sharpen your skills and boost performance. This class combines strength and conditioning exercises with flexibility work to improve jumps, stunts, motions, and overall technique. Athletes will practice proper body control, endurance, and precision to enter tryouts confident and prepared. Flexibility training is included to enhance lines, range of motion, and execution, giving every athlete an edge.
